Pupils discover the exhibition and are the guides of «An ideal world»

From September 12th, as the school year begins, the school visits come back to the Carmen Thyssen Space. It is estimated that about two thousand pupils will visit An ideal world, from Van Gogh to Gauguin and Vasarely. Carmen Thyssen Collection. Teachers together with children and teenagers, from primary to secondary school, prepare the visit according to the pedagogical proposal of the Carmen Thyssen Space. The itinerary, which ends up at the Artist’s Workshop, can be done either with or without guide. However, the activity doesn’t end here. Because of the good results that have been achieved in previous exhibitions, pupils can play at being the guides in a second visit. All the pupils that visit the exhibition will be given a school visit ticket. This ticket can be changed for a free ticket for children and two tickets at a reduced fare for their companions.  We want that children who visit An ideal world, from Van Gogh to Gauguin and Vasarely with their schools, come back and share the knowledge they have learnt during the visit. The pupils will be the guides for their relatives and friends!

An ideal world, from Van Gogh to Gauguin and Vasarely. Carmen Thyssen Collection will be open until October 15th.

Timetables from September 12th: from Monday to Fridayfrom 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: from 10am to 7pm.
